With a growing number of high-end hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, Tampa Bay increasingly capturing the attention of luxury travelers. To compete more boldly with Miami and Orlando, we revisited audience insights and uncovered a pivotal truth: while non-visitors lack strong perceptions, those who experience Tampa Bay report a dramatic shift across every brand attribute. 
This insight inspired the platform “Go & You’ll Know,” a bold invitation rooted in discovery.
