GRASSHOPPER REBRAND

Grasshopper equips small businesses with virtual phone numbers, empowering them to stay connected and professional without additional hardware expenses. As an e-commerce-exclusive product, Grasshopper's brand experience plays a pivotal role in consumer consideration and sales. In rebranding Grasshopper, our focus was on modernizing its visual identity while aligning it with the broader GoTo family. Through strategic design decisions, we ensured each step elevated Grasshopper while respecting its brand equity, resulting in a cohesive brand experience that sets it apart in the market.

With these newly established brand guidelines, we explored innovative visual executions, and throughout the process, began creating the standard for how the new brand elements would be used moving forward.
Over 100 animated and static banner ads were created, showcasing the brand’s fresh look and setting the stage for a successful go-to-market strategy.

We incorporated the new brand elements across all platforms, ensuring consistency along
the way. The UX/UI team brought the new look into the website for a refreshed, modern, consumer experience.
